1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the Bidiro website, account services, trading workspace, support channels and related features (together, the “Service”). In this policy, “Bidiro”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service.

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you use a third-party exchange, payment provider or communication service through Bidiro, that provider may also process information under its own privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information generated by your use of Bidiro, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the Service. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

  • Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, encrypted password record, email-verification status and account preferences.
  • Exchange connection information, including encrypted API credentials, exchange identifiers, balances and account data required to provide the features you request. Bidiro should never require an API key with withdrawal permission.
  • Trading workspace information, such as portfolios, symbols, strategy and risk settings, automation states, orders, transactions, trade history, position data and profit-and-loss information.
  • Package, subscription and payment information, including your selected package, limits, voucher use, payment status and transaction references. Payment providers may collect payment details directly.
  • Support and communication information, including messages, requests and information you choose to provide when contacting us.
  • Device, usage and security information, such as IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, request identifiers, diagnostic logs, notification tokens and security-event information.
  • Cookies, local storage and similar technologies used for authentication, preferences, security, performance and feature operation.

3. How we use information

We use information only where reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure and improve Bidiro. Uses may include:

  • Creating and authenticating accounts, verifying email addresses and helping you recover account access.
  • Connecting requested exchange services, displaying account and trading information, and executing user-configured workflows.
  • Providing packages, subscriptions, notifications, support and other requested features.
  • Protecting users and the Service, enforcing limits, preventing abuse, diagnosing failures and maintaining audit and security records.
  • Understanding aggregate service performance and improving reliability, usability and product features.
  • Complying with applicable law, responding to valid legal requests and enforcing our Terms.

4. Legal grounds where applicable

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we generally process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, comply with legal obligations, or act with your consent. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis, but this does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Some information is necessary to provide an account or requested feature. If it is not supplied, that part of the Service may not work.

5. How information is shared

We may disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

  • Exchange and market-data providers when you connect or use those services.
  • Payment, email-delivery, push-notification, hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics and support providers that help operate Bidiro.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers or authorities when required to meet legal, compliance, security or fraud-prevention obligations.
  • A successor or participant in a merger, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of the Service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

We do not expose your exchange secret keys in the public interface. Access to service providers should be limited to what is needed for their function.

6. Cookies and browser storage

Bidiro uses cookies, browser storage and related technologies to keep sessions secure, remember preferences, prevent repeated prompts and support core features. Some are essential for sign-in and security. Browser settings may let you delete or block them, but doing so can prevent parts of Bidiro from working correctly.

Where local law requires consent for non-essential technologies, Bidiro will request it before using those technologies.

7. Retention and international processing

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by information type, account status and applicable requirements. Information may be deleted, aggregated or de-identified when it is no longer needed.

Bidiro and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used for cross-border transfers.

8. Security and your responsibilities

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include restricted access, encryption for supported credentials, secret masking and security monitoring. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Use a unique password, protect your account and devices, enable available exchange security controls, and use API keys with the minimum permissions needed. Never send us your password, verification codes, recovery codes or exchange withdrawal credentials.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These can include:

  • Accessing, correcting or receiving a copy of certain personal information.
  • Requesting deletion, restriction or portability where the law provides.
  • Objecting to certain processing or withdrawing consent.
  • Changing notification choices and disconnecting exchange integrations.
  • Complaining to your local data-protection authority.

Submit a request through the Support page. We may verify your identity and may retain information where the law or legitimate security needs require it.

10. Children

Bidiro is intended for adults who are legally permitted to use trading-related software. The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact Support if you believe a child has provided information to Bidiro.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal or security changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest version. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by another appropriate method.

For privacy questions or requests, use the Bidiro Support page. Please do not include passwords, secret keys or other sensitive authentication information in a support message.
