How do I access my Bidiro workspace?
Sign in with your verified email address. If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page.
How are my exchange credentials protected?
Use API keys with only the permissions Bidiro requires. Never enable withdrawals, and never share passwords, verification codes, recovery codes or exchange secret keys with anyone.
Which trading strategies are supported?
Bidiro supports configured DCA, LIFO and NoStack workflows, alongside any additional strategy features available in your current package.
Where can I review packages and limits?
Open the Packages section on the home page. Available packages, billing terms and workspace limits are loaded from the current Bidiro package system.
Can support place trades for me?
No. Support can help explain the product and troubleshoot your workspace, but it will never request control of your account or ask you to send funds.
