1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Bidiro website, account, trading workspace, automation tools and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use Bidiro. If you use Bidiro for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to enter a contract, and be legally permitted to use trading-related software and connected exchange services in your location. You may not use Bidiro where its use is prohibited.
Provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login, devices, exchange credentials and activity under your account. Notify Support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. What Bidiro provides
Bidiro provides software for configuring supported strategies, monitoring trading information and controlling supported automation and execution workflows. Features and limits depend on the current product, connected exchange and your package.
Bidiro is not an exchange, broker, bank, custodian, fiduciary or investment, financial, legal or tax adviser. Bidiro does not take custody of your exchange funds and does not guarantee that any strategy, signal, automation or feature will be profitable or suitable for you.
You make every trading decision and remain responsible for monitoring your account, settings, orders and positions.
4. Trading and digital-asset risk
Trading digital assets is speculative and can result in rapid and substantial loss, including loss of all funds committed to trading. Prices can be extremely volatile, liquidity can disappear, and an order may execute later, partially or at a different price than expected.
Automation does not remove risk. Losses can result from strategy settings, market gaps, slippage, stale or inaccurate data, exchange rules, API delays, rate limits, maintenance, outages, software defects, network failures, compromised credentials or events beyond Bidiro’s control. Past, simulated or paper performance does not predict future results.
5. Exchange connections and API keys
You authorize Bidiro to send supported requests to a connected exchange according to the controls you configure. You are responsible for your exchange account, the exchange’s terms, regional restrictions, account balances, fees, taxes and permissions.
Use a dedicated API key with only the minimum trading permissions required. Do not enable withdrawals. You may disconnect or rotate a key at any time, but existing exchange orders or positions may remain and must be managed at the exchange.
6. Paper mode and live activity
Paper or simulated results are estimates and may not reproduce live liquidity, fills, fees, latency, slippage or market impact. They are educational and operational testing tools, not promises of live performance.
Live execution uses real exchange accounts and may place real orders when the relevant controls are available and enabled. Review every configuration before enabling automation, begin cautiously, set appropriate limits and continue monitoring the connected exchange.
7. Packages, payments and cancellation
Paid features, prices, billing periods, package limits and any trial terms are presented before purchase and may change for future billing periods. Taxes, exchange fees and third-party charges may apply separately. Payment providers may process transactions under their own terms.
You may stop future use or renewal through the cancellation method made available for your package or by contacting Support. Unless a purchase screen, applicable policy or mandatory law says otherwise, fees already charged for a current billing period are not refundable. Removing an account does not automatically close positions or cancel exchange orders.
8. Acceptable use
You may use Bidiro only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Break applicable law, sanctions, exchange rules or the rights of another person.
- Attempt to access another account, probe security, bypass package limits or interfere with the Service.
- Upload malware, automate abusive traffic, overload systems, scrape protected areas or reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits it.
- Misrepresent Bidiro outputs, use the Service to manipulate markets, or enable another person to use your account in violation of these Terms.
9. Third-party services
Bidiro relies on third-party exchanges, market-data sources, payment processors and infrastructure providers. Their products are governed by their own terms and policies, and Bidiro does not control their availability, accuracy, security, fees, decisions or changes.
A third party may suspend access, reject an order or change an API without notice. Bidiro is not responsible for losses caused by a third-party service to the extent permitted by law.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Bidiro reliable, but the Service may be delayed, interrupted, restricted or unavailable. We may maintain, change, add or remove features and supported integrations, including to protect security, comply with law or respond to third-party changes.
Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of a material change that adversely affects an active paid package. Emergency security or legal changes may take effect immediately.
11. Ownership and feedback
Bidiro and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, design, branding and content, excluding information you lawfully provide. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service while you comply with them.
If you provide suggestions, you allow Bidiro to use them without restriction or payment, without identifying you unless you agree otherwise.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Bidiro at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, illegal activity, non-payment, material breach, third-party restrictions or risk to users or the Service.
Before ending access, disconnect integrations and manage any open exchange orders or positions. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, risk allocation, disclaimers and accrued payment obligations—will survive.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Bidiro disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidiro and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, trading losses or losses arising from market events, exchange action, third-party services or unauthorized account access.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited only to the extent the applicable law permits. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.
15. Disputes and applicable rights
Please contact Support first so we can try to resolve a concern. The law and forum that govern a dispute depend on the Bidiro contracting operator, your location and any mandatory consumer protections that apply. These Terms do not remove rights that applicable law requires you to have.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service, law or risk environment changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or another appropriate method. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept it, except where law requires another form of consent.
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the Bidiro Support page.
